“Yin Yang Yoga Teacher Training” with Laura Villalba. Join our community and learn to teach yoga or enhance and stimulate your practice. In this 200 hour teacher training we will set a foundation using traditional yoga concepts and how they adapt into today’s modern yoga world. As a trainee you will learn to teach, adjust, and build a class by concentrating on safe yoga practices. This training will help you develop solid groundwork and understanding of yoga philosophy, styles of yoga, anatomy, pranayama, chakra system,...and so much more.
