In this class you will learn to increase your strength, flexibility, endurance and core strength. In the beginning level you will start static stretches, various inversion. You will feel your strength build and your muscles elongating as you improve and progress. This is a fun and exciting class that will allow your creativity to thrive as you dance in the air.
