Service Description

We will focus on the fundamentals and basic techniques of flying, basing, and spotting, as well as inversion training, tightness drills, partner warm ups, and more. This fun supportive practice will help you build trust, communications skills and move past fears. If you have ever been interested in AcroYoga or you want to learn the Foundations of this practice and clean up the techniques.
