We will guide you through different styles of yoga, meditation, ceremonies and partner practices where you will get the opportunity to heal mind, body and spirit. Surrounded by nature, you will get a chance to connect with the four elements, as we walk through nature in the fresh air, hike to waterfalls, and be part of fire ceremonies.
We have carefully designed a schedule that will guide through the balance of body, mind and spirit.
Take part in daily yoga, meditation and workshops to elevate your practice, as well as sacred ceremonies, proved to deepen your love of self!
