Hot Vinyasa

Room is slowly heated to 93-101 degrees. The sequence consists of standing, balancing and seated postures, including basic inversions and hip openers. The class has a steady pace, longer holds, and just enough vinyasa's. Modifications are offered to meet student’s needs. All Levels class

This accessible and dynamic class is based on the Ashtanga sequence with freedom to introduce postures and practices not included in the primary series. It offers serious strengthening with an infusion of fun. Energize, build strength, increase flexibility and calm the mind with warriors, hip openers, and a series of active pick-ups and jump through poses. This flowing practice is a modified series of Surya Namaskar, standing, seated and closing postures. (Heated Class)

Provides the perfect blend of a Vinyasa Flow with a Restorative Zen practice. We start with an energizing flow sequence to strengthen the muscular tissues and bring warmth to the body. The class ends with a grounding Zen sequence that provides deep stretching. 


This is class is the ultimate balance of effort and release and will leave you blissed out and ready to face the world.

Discover your inner strength and turn your world upside down!  Level 1 Certified AcroYoga Teacher Laura Villalba will offer techniques from the AcroYoga   inversion Pyramid that will empower your practice and take your inversions to the next level.

She will guide you through strength training, core conditioning, and tightness drills to tone body awareness as well as alignment principles. 

Working through backbends safely to gain both strength and flexibility that you can incorporate in your daily practice.

Have you ever thought of performing in the Circus? Does Cirque Du Soleil inspire you with aerial acrobatics? Welcome to aerial hammock, a beginning step into the aerialist form of dance. In this class you will learn to increase your strength, flexibility, endurance and core strength. In the beginning level you will start static stretches, various inversion. You will feel your strength build and your muscles elongating as you improve and progress. This is a fun and exciting class that will allow your creativity to thrive as you dance in the air. 


We will focus on the fundamentals and basic techniques of flying, basing, and spotting, as well as inversion training, tightness drills, partner warm ups, and more. 


This fun supportive practice will help you build trust, communications skills and move past fears.



If you have ever been interested in AcroYoga or you want to learn the Foundations of this practice and clean up the techniques. This is the workshop for you.

I've started a program that allows you to take my yoga class without even leaving your house. With a subscription, you'll get these videos, 15-25 minutes long. They vary from yoga flows, to flexibility, strength and inversion trainings. You can now get the full experience of my yoga class whenever and wherever you want! I'll see you on the mat!



It is a class that will allow for a deep stretching of the body's connective tissues by holding poses 3 to 5 minutes, which allows for renewed circulation and flexibility of the joints. This class is suitable for All levels.
